25.99

Characteristics: intense yellow color with greenish reflections; on the nose fruity hints reminiscent of pear, peach and floral such as acacia flowers and hawthorn; a characteristic note of honey is also perceived. After 2/3 years the mineral notes are more noticeable, in some cases accentuated by the typical hint of hydrocarbon, embellishing the wine. In the mouth it is dry, warm and soft, very balanced; it has no edges and in the finish you can perceive a good acidity that gives a lot of length and persistence to the palate.

Pairing: cheeses, white meats and cured meats.

As a Great wine maker and innovator, his achievements already started on the first year of activity, reporting the origin of the grapes on the label of the wine bottle’s, this innovation had an important legacy on the intuition aimed at the world of Barbera, practically he began a precise indication linked to the concept of “cru”, referring to the importance and selections of owned vineyards. He was the first to bottle a 100% Barbera “cru”.
