Gemaakt van de 100% Chardonnay 

18-24 maanden na de vinificatie wordt de wijn ontkurkt en de Likeur d’Expedition toegevoegd, bij deze Saten is dat ong. 6-7 gram per liter. Na weer 3 maanden rijping is de wijn klaar om verkocht te worden. Deze wijnen horen tot de beste mousserende wijnen ter wereld!

Franciacorta

The term Franciacorta refers to the one of the most important wines from Italy receiving the highest recognition for wines with the DOCG appellation. It also refers to a special method of production: secondary fermentation in the bottle. All this is possible thanks to the splendid terroir where this wine originates having the same name: Franciacorta

This territory is in the region of Lombardy and is made up of 19 municipalities in the province of Brescia and the south of lake Iseo on the route that connects Milan and Venice

Here the Chardonnay and Pinot Nero varieties are cultivated and after being hand-picked the grapes are vinified and destined for a long fermentation in the bottle.

Every bottle follows a process at least three years long in which all the processes must be controlled and checked so as to obtain the certification of quality DOCG, guaranteeing it as being up to.
